Pros and Cons of going to college in a small town versus a big city?

I have two colleges I am looking at that are tied for first choice. One is in a small suburb of Minneapolis and the other is right in the city of St. Paul. I am from a rural town in Wisconsin so do you think that I would be uncomfortable in a large city? O am leaning towards going to the small town one but would it limit my internship opportunities?
