Hi i would like to start a workout plan. I live in a rural area so gyms or complex equipment are out. I am 5'8" with a pretty muscular body with no tone and some fat(More than i'd like) Anyways what would be a good workout? Also I heard my friends talk about P90X(what is it?) You can suggest other workouts and if you think I should use something like a protein shake. Also i'm about 300lbs.
