Yes the tacos sound similar to the ones here in TJ. They have to have chopped onions and cilantro tho, also if they gave u a radish on the side (whole or sliced) that's pretty authentic. I just made red enchiladas yesterday like the ones my mom makes (we're from southern state of Guerrero). I think mostly everyone in Mexico make and eat chicken enchiladas (no matter what color they are) it's more common :) Provecho!
