Is it hard to get into the English Program at the university of Waterloo?

I'm thinking of majoring in writing and rhetoric. I have a GPA of 3.7...which I'm guessing would be like a 92 or 93. I know its mostly a science school, but I'm interested in the Co-op program. And i heard the English department is pretty good.
