Which university is better for studying engineering? University of Toronto or University of Waterloo?

waterloo is one of the best, if not, the best for engineering in North America. When Bill Gates worked at Microsoft, he said that his company hired more students straight out of Waterloo then any other university in the world. And they hire more now than they did back then!
