First of all, puking and pooping are not symptoms of a brain tumor. And yes, kids your age can and do get brain tumors. Nose bleeds are also not a symptom of a brain tumor. Bad ear infections are usually given a stronger antibiotic. Maybe your infection is not completely gone yet.
