Im really finding it hard to come to terms with the death of my cousin, he died of a brain tumor in march..?

He was 8 and was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, he's in a better place now but if anyone mentions the word cancer im in a state, and i've had to stop watching waterloo road because of the brain tumor story line.. any advice would really be appreciated..
