Can you lose weight after having the mirena coil removed?

I started off at a weight of 9 stone and 2 pounds and after I had the implanon implant my weight rocketed up to 10 stone and 8 pounds. I hated the implanon and heard good things about the mirena coil and after I had that inserted I felt great. However my weight has soon rocketed up again to 11 stone and 9 pounds. This meant that I have put on 35 pounds in total. I have just had the mirena removed and I was wondering do you lose weight easier after it has been removed.
