What's the lvl I need to be to beat the elite four 2nd, in pokemon white?

I would recommend you leveling your Pokemon another ten levels higher because the Elite Four have a few level 70's in their parties during the second time you challenge them. Alder (the champion) also has a full party of level 70's which may give you some difficulty with the team that you have right now.
