What is the best way to get from Kitchener/Waterloo ON to Lester B. Pearson Airport?

My buddy needs to know if there is a cost effective way to get to Lester B. Pearson from Waterloo in the early morning hours. The cost to park is crazy so we are just wondering if anyone has done this and knows of a shuttle or express bus or something of that nature. Thanx
