Upper body sore, is it from my kidney stone?

I found out on Tuesday that I have a 5MM kidney stone in my left upper proximal ureter. Yesterday afternoon I started feeling sore like I had worked out too much the day before and every muscle hurt. Today it's worse. Is this because of my kidney stone? I don't know what to do about this soreness. Any help would be greatly appreciated
