Is this really weird to you?

I am 18 but when I am older I really want to live in a very rural house in the middle of the country. I am such a homebird and would love to be far from busy streets and neighbours etc. I am very antisocial and would prefer to stay at home and read a book with a cup of tea rather that clubbing. My parent's think this is very strange and always try to encourage me to go out to parties and stuff. I only have two friends but that's because I choose to not because I can't get friends. Is it weird that I'm not out partying like most people my age?
