How to get into the university of waterloo?

im ending grade 10. ive not done well in terms of my average but imma really do whatever it takes in grade 11 and 12. what should i aim for to get into waterloo? what average, overall and in each subject. im in the IB program if anyone knows what that is. what will make me stand out. and if possible, i think my average is a 78 or 80. it is pretty terrible and i know i need 90 +, so what can i do? id realy apreciate it if someone in waterloo or in the IB program can help me. no, i do not believe in limits, so plz dont bring that up (its BS). thank you.
