Do grade 11 marks count for Waterloo Co-op Accounting (in Canada)?

Hi all. So I was just wondering, will universities (especially Waterloo) look at my grade 11 marks? I have been slacking off and it has just struck me that I have to really start working hard for my future and it's about damn time I grow up. So my marks in percentages in my first semester were English - 82 , Computer Science - 94, Computer Engineering - 92, and Accounting - 90. However, I got kind of depressed and some "challenges" occurred in my life, and I have slacked this semester like none before. I am getting a 66 in Biology, 58 in Chemistry, 58 in Functions, and 75 in French. I know these are HORRIBLE marks for second semester, especially since Functions for grade 12 is a pre-requisite for the co-op program I want to get into, and with a mark like that in grade 11 I hope to god that they would not look at it. Furthermore, it is the last month for me to get my marks up as summer is just around the corner, and that really isn't enough time to bring my marks up. Considering that these marks don't decrease or increase, what are my chances of getting in? The cutoff for the program is an 80... and I just want to know from now from a person who has high knowledge in this area of where I stand. Any advice or comments are appreciated, and again in case anyone needs clarifying, I want to know whether or not the University of Waterloo looks at grade 11 marks when looking at acceptance requests. Thanks!
