Dieting/Ideal weight advice?

2 years ago i was suffering from depression and picked up anorexic eating habits due to this, at my final weight (In which i lost around a stone and a half) I weighed 114 pounds and was 5 foot 3 tall. After getting help for this I have regained this weight ad remained the same height but i am not being told that at 133 pounds i am overweight and should aim to be around 112 pounds.... which is even less than what i was when i was literally starving myself. How can this be considered healthy? And if it is, how can i be this weight without falling into an old trap?
