Can someone tell me the name of this old game?

I know it was for the pc and it was pretty old since i played it when i was a kid. Im pretty sure it has blood in it so T or M. It had a picture of a grey face somewhere in the game at all times and made out of stone i think. Maybe monsters or zombies screaming in game. I think the game takes place inside a building made out of stone or something idk but i really want to play it.
