Alice in wonderland caterpillar costume? (synchronized swimming)?

So I'm not happy :( My Synchro team this year is doing alice in wonderland (the musical) I think the coaches don't like me because I really wanted the part of mad hatter or queen of hearts but they gave me the stupid caterpillar! ugh, I hate to be the one to complain so hopefully thats where you can help me. Were doing a ton of fundraising so we can all have super cute costumes but... how can the caterpillar have a cute costume? I mean, I'm a girl playing a stoned out caterpillar... hmmm I just can't think of a single costume that people will be able to tell that I'm the caterpillar but something that I can still swim in... Please, any ideas? I want to look at least sort of cute... Please and thank you!
